Ze Sneaky Culprit

It's been busy here. But I don't feel like doing anything even if deadlines are fast approaching. But I guess I can't. Just look at this boss. She's watching my every move and sometimes she has the audacity to put her paw on my hand when I try to type on the keyboard. Clearly, there's no respect of personal space around here. *sigh*

Wut u lookin at? Git back to work yous. U can haz no break.

Anyway, I went to a Cost Plus World Market last weekend and found this fabulous drinking glass with a starfish on it. Every time I look at it, it reminds me of Kai. I bought a couple, the other design has a seahorse on it. This one keeps me hydrated as I slack off, er, work hard. Heh.

The glass has tiny water bubbles on it to give the illusion that the starfish is underwater. Cute!

My chiropractor said I shouldn't sit too long in front of the computer. So I get up, walk around and leave the room every so often. It's good for my back, shoulders and neck. Plus, it helps to rest my eyes from looking at the screen for too long. I went out of my studio office for a bit to get some snacks and look at what I found. Momo the cat boss caught in the act!

Ze sneaky culprit. Me: "Momo! What the hell?!"

I don't know why she does this when she and Mina have a filtered water fountain in the house. On that one she doesn't have to put her face in just to get a drink of water! What a weirdo. I'm thinking of getting a taller water tumbler as my drinking glass and filling it low enough so her face can't get to it. I'm actually afraid she'll get her head stuck in one of these.

Wut?! I can haz dis water. Yez?

*EDIT: When I complained about this incident to my husband, he laughed and showed me this photo on his camera phone. Apparently, we're dealing with a nasty habit here, folks. Ay santisima! (>_<)
